This project involved producing two videos to illustrate the Permit to Operate (PTO) process and procedures for the Service Operations team in Pico.
The PTO process identifies any quality issues and operational risks and allows for remedial action without impacting customers or live production services.
For the PTO process video, I created an animated flowchart to describe the ticket journey. It begins with the delivery team and how the other teams interact with the ticket along the way.

By colour coding the 3 teams, I was able to show at a glance which team had the ticket at any stage.
In the above screenshot, the ticket has reached the Final stage and is back with the Operations team.
